We are the Universities extracurricular music department providing all kinds of music making opportunities for all students. We run and host choirs, bands, ensembles and groups of all styles and genres and almost all are student run. and is a network of staff, students and members of the local community who make music through a wide variety of different activities and societies. These include large and small ensembles, individual and group tuition, workshops, performances, education projects and careers events. None of the ensembles hold auditions, and membership is totally free of charge for everyone.
If you like music and you like making friends, then the Music Centre is the perfect place for both.
