Room Show-er Ideal for: 1st years and anyone living in university managed halls of residence. Rates of pay: £9.30 per hour plus holiday pay.
Room Show-ers make their university accommodation available for viewing to prospective students and school visits, showing what living in halls is like. We are looking for eager, confident and enthusiastic Winchester students to represent the University at Open Days and campus Tours and recruitment events throughout the year. This is a great role to gain experience to apply for future Event Staff or Student Ambassador roles.
Event Staff Ideal for: anyone who wants to work on campus once or twice a month. Rates of pay: £9.30 per hour plus holiday pay
Event Staff play a vital role in the smooth running of our recruitment activities, you will have the opportunity to work at Open Days and on campus events, delivering tours and meeting prospective students and their families.
Student Ambassador (Future Students Ideal for: 2nd, 3rd and postgraduate students (though strong applications will be considered from 1st years). Work is available on and off campus, shifts are available weekly throughout the year. Rates of pay: £9.51 per hour plus holiday pay.
We are looking for students with a passion for Winchester and promoting the university experience. You must have lots of enthusiasm and willingness to travel to events around Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Berkshire and further afield. You will need to work as part of a team and have the confidence to speak to prospective students. The Student Ambassador role counts towards your HEAR and looks great on your CV!
