About Us

The Breaking Through Group meets once a week (online to begin with) and is open to all students. Its aim is to provide a space to unpick racial experiences. Those who join us will be offered the opportunity to share and understand different experiences in order to create positive change. Recent events have reinforced how vital it is to discuss the impact racism has on our lives and to work together to make things better.

If you would like to join us or have any questions about the group, please email Nicki.Northern@winchester.ac.uk or Beth.Sennett@winchester.ac.uk.

Opportunity details

Joining Breaking Through will give students an opportunity to learn from each other and engage in conversations about race.
