**FRESHERS WRISTBANDS HAVE SOLD OUT - PLEASE SEE EVENT PAGES FOR INDIVIDUAL TICKET SALES**
We are thrilled to announce our new Winchester Student Union Freshers Wristbands which are available to all incoming students here at the University of Winchester.
Your Freshers Wristband entitles you to the following events:
Full Moon Party (Sunday 16th September)
Silent Disco (Monday 17th September)
ROAR (Tuesday 18th September)
BOP (Wednesday 19th September)
Outdoor Movies Night (Thursday 20th September)
Freshers Ball (Friday 21st September)
The advantages of getting your Freshers Wristband:
- Guaranteeing your place at the biggest events of Freshers before they sell out
- Avoid the queues, with priority entry via 'Wristband Entry'
- Save money on individual ticket prices
- Receive a 'Festival Style' wristband as your ticket and a perfect memory when you look back at your time as a Fresher.
Freshers Wristbands go on sale at 12pm on Thursday 16th August (Results Day) and will be priced at £55 (saving at least £15 on individual tickets) and are available by clicking the above button.
Freshers Wristbands are only available whilst stocks last so secure yours today! We expect these to sell extremely quickly!
Remaining individual event tickets will go on sale on Friday 31st August (or as soon as Freshers Wristbands sell out), with a limited number of tickets available on the door at events.
Wristband collection will be from the Student Union during arrivals weekend. Look out for our team on the Wristband Collection stall opposite key collections.
Freshers Wristband Terms and Conditions:
The official Winchester Student Union Freshers Wristband is for University of Winchester first year students over the age of 18 only (unless we have received confirmation of students under the age of 18 from the University).
In order to gain entry to events, your wristband must be accompanied by one of the following forms of 18+ age verification ID: passport, driving licence or PASS accredited card (see www.pass-scheme.org.uk for details) and proof of student status at the University of Winchester. Failure to present one of these forms of ID at the venue will result in you not being able to attend the event.
ID will also be required to collect your Freshers Wristband. Upon collection a member of the Student Union Staff will fasten your wristband, these can then not be removed, unless you cut them. This is to ensure you do not lose your wristband. Should you lose your wristband, a replacement will not be provided, nor will you be refunded.
Entry to events is valid until 10pm. After 10pm entry will only be allowed if space permits.
Rights of admission are reserved.
Official Freshers Wristbands are only available whilst stocks last.
Freshers’ entertainment programme details are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.
No refunds are available and wristbands may not be transferred between students.
By purchasing this wristband you are confirming that you will be a University of Winchester first year student during the academic year 2018/19. You will be asked for proof of your first year student status at the point of collection. No refunds will be given to purchasers who are ineligible to attend Freshers events.
www.winchesterstudents.co.uk is the only place you can purchase your official wristbands from the Student Union. Any wristbands purchased through other channels will not entitle you to entry to these events. Please be carefully when buying tickets for events during this period.
