This role will work across all our commercial services (bars, events, retail and coffee). Shifts will primarily be split between running events at evenings and occasional weekends and daytime admin shifts; inlcuding deliveries, stock taking and cellar management.
You must be available for interview the week commencing Monday 4th August.
37.5 hours a week. Full-time, fixed term for 9-months between September 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026.
Term-time only and less hours per week on a longer fixed-term contract will be considered.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager and Commercial Manager (Retail & Coffee) in the day-to-day service operation.To duty manage small to medium scale events, bar, retail and coffee operations; ensuring the correct deployment of staff and safe running of those events and services in line with organisational and legal policies and procedures. To support with the administation of the organisations commercial services, including but not limited to; ordering, staff rotas, deliveries, events planning, stock management, invoicing and completion and auditing of checklists.
