Description

Winchester Ratbags:

The University of Winchester’s Netball Club is a welcoming and friendly society that gets together weekly through training and social events. We are made up of 4 competitive BUCS teams that compete in home and away games on Wednesdays and a development squad that plays frequent friendly matches.

Training:

BUCS teams train every Monday evening, with teams having selected training times between the hours of 8-11 pm. Monday training consists of skills and match play led by our coach, Elly (Coach of the Year 24-25).

Development squad and social members training sessions are every Friday, 5-8 pm, which consist of a mix of fitness, skills and match play that is suitable for all abilities and is led by the Captains and Vice-Captains of the BUCS teams. If you don’t want to play competitively, training is open to all members, whether they range from those who play for clubs to those who have never played before and would like to begin learning or progressing their skills.
