HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE COMMUTER NETWORK LOUNGE?
We are offering the membership for free at the moment allowing all commuters to join the community no matter how far they live from University, however when the lounge is open, there will be a small fee to gain access which will be available as an addition.
Once you have purchased your membership online, we will need to verify your membership and email you when you are able to get swipe card access to the Lounge. Please note this process may take up to a week, we appreciate your patience.
Once you recieve this email, you will be able to take your student card to The Cottage or St. Swithun's Lodge reception (both buildings are opposite Burma Road halls and the gym) to activate your student card for access to the Lounge.
If you have any questions about the Commuter Network Lounge please email SU_Commuting@winchester.ac.uk

Where a sport or society has a competitive element or other external factors that affect the number of participants, your membership may be subject to criteria other than joining the group via this website. If this results in your membership not being able to accepted, you will be informed (with any relevant details) and your membership will be refunded.
Membership will not normally be refunded if you cease being a student, voluntarily end your membership or you are subject to disciplinary action that removes your membership status.
For any and all queries about membership please contact your chair/captain or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
