Winchester Student Union proudly presents The Freshers Ball 2019!

Mark the date in your diary for the biggest event of Freshers. 

We invite you to join us for this formal event, an unforgettable evening to celebrate welcoming you to Winchester and beginning your University life. Across 3 levels of a transformed University Centre, hosting a range of live music, entertainment and performances, this is an event that can't be missed.

We are delighted to announce our amazing headline act for the Ball as Professor Green!

Firmly established as one of the crossover superstars of British music, the Hackney born and raised rapper otherwise known as Stephen Manderson has released two Top 3 albums and amassed a career tally of over 2.5 million combined sales in the UK alone.  He has completed four headline tours and performed on the main stages of countless festivals such as Glastonbury, V Festival and Wireless, and we can’t wait to welcome him to the main stage of our Freshers Ball ’19.

Level 3 will also play host to cocktail bars, food stalls, photo booths and a host of other entertainment to be announced on the next few weeks.

Tickets £30 - Remaining individual event tickets will go on sale on Friday 30th August (or as soon as Freshers Wristbands sell out), with a limited number of tickets available on the door at the event from 8pm.
