Annual General Meeting

Winchester Student Union's Annual General Meeting of members.

All students of the University of Winchester are invited to attend an annual general meeting.

This meeting is an opportunity for members to hear from their elected officers, and the trustees who manage the Union on their behalf, as well as an opportunity to ask questions relating to the Union and how it represents members interests.

Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged - Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

 

The meetings business will include;

  • Receiving a report from the trustees (via officer trustees) detailing the challenges and successes of 20/21;

  • Receiving the accounts of the Union for 2019/20;

  • Appointment of Auditors by trustees via tender;

  • Approving the list of Union affiliations;

  • Introducing 21/22 officers elect;

  • Open questions and motions from members.
