Voluntary Part-Time Officers (PTOs) are current and continuing students who, along with the full-time Presidents, form the WinchSU Executive Committee responsible for leading the Students' Union and implementing campaigns and policy; ensuring the Union remains focused on representing the needs of its students. PTOs also can focus on specific areas of interest and shape the campaign work of the Union across areas as diverse as wellbeing, education, community, activities and the needs of specific student groups.
