Sports teams, Societies and Representational Networks will have to complete a coaching/teaching contract if they have a qualified coach or teacher attend their sessions, e.g. a Basketball coach, BSL teacher or Yoga instructor. Coaching Contracts are necessary for health and safety management, duty of care and to define roles and responsibilites. Once the form is completed by a coach/teacher and signed off a relevant committee member please submit for form to suactivities@winchester.ac.uk for SU sign off.

We have also created a coach guidelines document outlining the minimum requirements we need to approve a sports coach.
