The Officer Championing this priority is the Vice President, Education & Welfare.

 

 

Our key targets for achieving this priority are:

 

1. Through impact analysis we will restructure Student Recharge days improving reach value and personal wellbeing. 
Green. Recharge days restructured after consultation with officers. Data captured from participants demonstrate value and reach. Recharge day festival planned and delivered in May 2022 with promotional material created to support onward work.
 
2. We will ensure that wellbeing representatives are elected & trained for every society, network and sport. 
Amber. 19/20 - 30% of all activity groups have recruited, trained and deployed reps.
20/21 - 45% of all activity groups have recruited, trained and deployed reps.
21/22 - 48% of all activity groups have recruited, trained and deployed reps.
 
3. When surveyed two thirds of our members will believe that the Union does enough to support their wellbeing. 
Green. When surveyed in 2019/2020, 69% of our members agree that we do enough to support their wellbeing.
When surveyed in 2020/2021, 72% of our members agree that we do enough to support their wellbeing. 
When surveyed in 2021/2022, 78% of our members agree that we do enough to support their wellbeing.
