SU Award Nominations Nearly Closed!
My name is Harry Sampson and I am your Student Union President. Today I’m here to notify you that nominations for the Student Union Awards have officially OPENED! This is an excellent chance for you to join us in celebrating the achievements and successes of fellow students.
The vast selection of awards represents the diverse accomplishments of the student body. If you know of a society or someone who has gone above and beyond the call of duty then make sure you nominate them before the 17th April.
From recognising keen Student Academic Reps to fantastic fundraisers and those who have had a solid impact on the student experience, there are plenty of options to show our gratitude to the outstanding achievement and contribution of individuals.
A huge part of my own student experience was heavily centred on my involvement in the great set of societies on offer at Winchester, as I’m sure it was for many others. This is why it is imperative we recognise the important role societies play in University life – from everything including events, achievements and the much coveted ‘Society of the Year’, don’t miss out on your chance to nominate!
