Winchester Student Union has a board of Trustees to oversee the organisation.
As a charity, our trustees are legally responsible for the financial and strategic success of Winchester Student Union, as well as ensuring good governance. They are elected and appointed to ensure that the trustee board have a breadth of understanding, both of the Union and its activities, but also of the wider world of charities, education and business; they have a wide range of skills and experiences, all of which help ensure that our Union is run efficiently, lawfully and with you, our members, at its core.
Trustees meet a minimum of six times per annum to discuss and decide a broad range of items. You can see the minutes of the meetings of the trustees, at the bottom of this page.
As President, Megan Ball is also the chair of our Trustee Board.
