The Officer Championing this priority is the Vice President, Education & Welfare.

 

 

Our key targets for achieving this priority are:

 

1. Through impact analysis we will restructure Student Recharge days improving reach value and personal wellbeing. 
Amber. Recharge days have been partially restructured after consultation with officers. Capturing data from participants required to measure impact. Further action delayed due to campus lockdowns.
 
2. We will ensure that wellbeing representatives are elected & trained for every society, network and sport. 
Amber. 19/20 - 30% of all activity groups have recruited, trained and deployed reps.
Amber. 20/21 - 45% of all activity groups have recruited, trained and deployed reps.
 
3. When surveyed two thirds of our members will believe that the Union does enough to support their wellbeing. 
Green. When surveyed in 2019/2020, 69% of our members agree that we do enough to support their wellbeing.
