Our key targets for achieving this priority are:


1. Measure and improve overall staff satisfaction. 
Green. Student Staff are annually surveyed and increase exhibited between 2019 & 2020. Red. Full time staff survey not yet completed.
2. Provide a fair, competitive, and sustainable rate of pay for all roles. 
Amber. Rates of pay for all roles reviewed and adjusted. Hourly rates of pay paid at 25+ living wage. Investigation into sustainability of paying living wage foundation, ‘real living wage’ ongoing.
3. Review all employment practices to improve recruitment and retention and to ensure our people reflect the diversity of our membership.
