Poetry Open Mic Night
The UoW Poetry Society is hosting our first Open Mic Night, in the Lounge/ Terrace Bar on Tuesday 13th December.
Sharing your work with an audience is a great way of growing your confidence as a poet, so if you’ve got something to share then please come along. Or just come and enjoy the poetry, including a spot by returning Winchester wonder Antosh Wojcik.
Members and non-members are both welcome (though members get in for free!). To book your performance slot ahead, you can email our host Ella at e.measey.20@unimail.winchester.ac.uk
In addition to the open mic night, there will be a free raffle with a chance to win poetry collections from Winchester’s own published poets Mark Rutter, Becca Miles, and more.
Tickets cost £2 (Or free if you’re a member; did we mention that already?)
Doors open at 7pm.
