World Mental Health Day 2020 is the most important one yet, with everything that is going on, prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now. The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on the 10th October every year. This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is 'mental health for all'.
Whether you want to take the first steps towards getting some support or learn more about helping those around you, below is a programme of activities happening this week that you can get involved with.
