Winchestival – 15 June 2019

Admission: £25

With 4 stages of live music and stand-up comedy, Winchestival takes place at the North Walls Recreation Ground for one day only. The line-up includes: The Magic Numbers, Allister Whitehead and Milton Jones. The event will also host street food, beer tents and a wine bar as well as zorbing, trampolines and other games.

Winchester Writers’ Festival – 14 -16 June 2019

Admission: Free - £12

With many events being held at the University of Winchester, this event is a fantastic networking opportunity for creative writers or those interested in literature. There will be a range of workshops taking place with industry experts with the event finishing with a keynote speech from award-winning author Katherine Rundell. All workshops must be pre-booked.

Hat Fair – 5 - 7 July 2019

Admission: Free

The festival takes place every year during the first weekend in July within the city with events ranging from music and family to cultural and heritage. The event takes place at various locations throughout the city finishing with an all-day picnic in the North Walls Recreation Ground

Hampshire Food Festival – 1 - 31 July 2019

Admission: Free

The Hampshire Food Festival was created in 1991 with the aim of actively promoting local producers and suppliers. This year the event spans over 4 weeks with a range of masterclasses and activities including: brewery tours, gins masterclass and local food tasting.
