Our venues are fully booked for student events at present
We are not able to accept any new bookings for non-student events until after the current academic year has finished (16/06/08)

Clubs and societies, staff, or student members may be eligible for large discounts to our stated rates
Internal groups and students/staff should complete a booking form as normal and we will inform you upon accepting the booking of the amount you will be required to pay - in some instances this may just be the deposit. For enquiries please use E-mail: SU_ENTS@winchester.ac.uk

- In some instances, Winchester Student Union may insist that for safety, licensing or crowd control reasons security stewards will be required.
In this instance you will be charged the above fee per officer. The number of officers required will be determined by Winchester Student Union in consultation with the booker. Security Steward rate: £7.50 (per person per hour)
