Venue Bookings and Expression of Interest Form
Agreement to our standard terms and conditions below is required to proceed with a booking: you will be asked to confirm you have read and understood these when completing the online form (link below)

Terms and Conditions
1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all portable equipment used at our venue is tested and safe and adequately insured.
2. A deposit is required in all instances.
3. Extra charges will be applied in case of any undue damage or cleaning requirements for our venue following booking.
4. The refundable deposit will be retained as payment towards extra fees incurred but will not indemnify the hirer against loss or damage incurred that exceeds the deposit amount.
5. Some of our facilities are only available for use by current Student Union members.
6. Venues must be booked no later than 10 days prior to use.
7. Cancellations within 10 days of the venue hire date will incur a 100% payment. Cancellation before this may occur with no penalty. Cancellations to hires without a charge will instead incur a £50 admin fee.
8. Venue Bookers must provide a full and accurate record of any non Winchester Student Union attendees to their event including full name and age. Failure to provide this by the time of booking will mean that your non student guests may not attend your event.
9. Full payment and deposit must be made in order to secure your booking. Payment may be by made by cash or guaranteed cheques made payable to Winchester Student Union.
10. Bookings are still subject to standard Student Union rules and regulations under the terms of it's Constitution.
11. No under 16's may attend a venue booking event.
The hirer must confirm they have read, understood and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
