Winchester Student Union is a great place to work with varied job types all within a fun and lively environment. We currently employ around 60 students and we provide probably the greatest degree of flexibility of any employer you're ever likely to meet. Our rates of pay are competitive and there are many fringe benefits of working for your Student Union such as training, fun day excursions, priority access to certain events and a friendly working environment to name but a few.
In addition to our full time (core) staff we currently employ the following part time student-staff:
Retail Assistants, Retail Supervisors, Bar Assistants, Bar Supervisors, Steward Assistants, Steward Supervisors, Publicity/Marketing Assistant, Office Assistants, Student Activities Assistant
Locations: SU Offices, Bars, and Shops
Typical weekly hours: 8-18 hours

The Union also currently employs a team of six full time core staff to assist in the day to day running of the organisation (see the 'contact us' page for details) and is expanding for September, with new assistant commercial managers in place to help us run our new venues.
