Leaflets and Flyers
Our Service: Leaflets and flyers distributed for you during term time:
Materials must be received by us by Thursday at 5pm to enable distribution by us halls of residence with our events publicity or newsletter.

All boxes must be clearly marked for the attention of Tim Moss, Winchester Student Union
Rate: £30 per batch of 500.
Maximum size: A5 sized LIGHTWEIGHT flyers (A4 folded or postcard style heaviest acceptable)

- All advertising and promotion at our venue is subject to adhereance to standard policies including equal opportunities for all.
- Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
- We will not deliver heavy items: card, booklets, catlaogues, or multi sheet items
- Acceptance is subject to deadlines and at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to withdarw this option at any time or amend deadlines due to unforseen circumstances.
Notes:
We are always keen to arrange promotional campaigns of benefit to students. However we do not display, issue, or deliver any flyers, posters, newspapers, or magazines submitted to us unsolicited/without prior agreement - no matter how useful or keen the offers may be to students (see below). We charge for commercial advertising and promotions.
Although we may be able to arrange charitable, welfare, or health related infromation/promotions we cannot guarantee either space for display or staff availability to issue/display/arrange materials (we do however welcome enquiries and infromation).
