We use Paypal for receiving payments. No Paypal account is required however: you can pay securely with a credit or debit card directly using this service: simply click the 'No Paypal Account' link shown at payment completion stage - See more about Paypal
Ensure you enter the correct billing address registered to your card
When paying ensure your name is exactly as it appears on the card
This will ensure problems with card verification do not occur
Amending or adding billing/delivery address using 'my account'
Please check your cart contents carefully and adjust as necesary when ordering.
E-mail confirmation:
If a 'pending' order status is advised by our 'KonaKart' shop system: NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. This can occur due to an uncompleted transaction, delay, or from lack of funding etc. We will not be able to dispatch your goods until payment is successfully made.
Please note: it is not possible to use the edit feature shown during the checkout process to change or add an address.
Please take the following steps to select or edit your address details:
Go to the SU Online Shop and select the grey 'my account' link (top right):

Choose the option that let's you update details or select an alternative delivery address already entered
