Judo, known as the gentle way, is a great way to stay fit & healthy. Itβs a sociable sport by nature & best of all it caters for absolutely all abilities and males and females. If you are completely new to Judo, played when you were younger or still active we can cater for you.
Training will be Sundays 5-7pm and Monday 8.30-10pm in the Dance Studio (next to the Gym, BOWER Building)
