After a successful fresher’s fortnight, Varsity, Playmates week and many Bops and Flirts, we at the Student Union would like to think we have welcomed both Freshers and returners to The University of Winchester in style.
Hitting week 7, the nights are getting darker and work load may have increased, if you are starting to feel stressed or home sick don’t panic! Please pop into our offices for a chat, we are always here to look out for your wellbeing and make sure you are getting the most out of your university experience. Come and talk to our welfare officer Katy Loveless su_welfare@winchester.ac.uk or alternatively visit student services, there is always help available.
Join us in the terrace bar for Coffee House Sessions every other Friday afternoon, with live music and a cup of tea/coffee/hot-chocolate to welcome the start of winter. We have lots of dates for your diary keeping you involved and busy so before you can blink, Christmas will be upon us! The Launch of Body Gossip! bodygossip.winch@gmail.com Send In your, poem, monologue, dance, rap about your body hang ups, male or female! Selected entries will be performed at the SU across two performance dates by actors.
Not forgetting, The Big Fat Quiz, every Tuesday at 7pm in the food hall, Wednesday Bop, and Flirt! Friday and more exciting events to be confirmed!
